Hey, I’m Helena!

In 2008, I left the corporate grind behind for the world of health & beauty, and I’ve never looked back. As a Registered Massage Therapist & Somatic Healer & Business Coach. I bring a deep understanding of the body, mind & spirit to my work. My English accent might stand out like a sore thumb here in Calgary, but this is home - I’ve been rooted here since 1999.

As a former HR Corporate professional, I know how it is: juggling the demands of work, life and family isn’t easy, so I created Gelous Spa as a cozy retreat for women who need more than just a typical boring spa experience. It’s a place to escape the demands of life, to unwind, and to reconnect with your authentic self.

I have been coming to Gelous Spa now for years and just finished one of my first massages at their brand new location! It is super easy to find, lots of parking and so cute inside. The atmosphere was SO relaxing. The massage room is tranquil with a music and sound machine. Her massages are the best I have ever experienced in my life. But it just so happens that I absolutely LOVE the new space. Can't wait to go back soon, if you have not booked in with Helena yet you are missing out!!
