Hello I am Helena!
In 2006 I was a corporate business HR Professional working a job that I hated. I was making money for someone else and spent my days stuck in a cubicle working with a bunch of women who were toxic and unfriendly. After I had my daughter, I knew I wanted more and so I embarked on a career in the massage & beauty industry and never looked back. It was life changing for me and my family. I opened my own successful spa & massage business and now I help others in the industry achieve the same so they can live a happier and more fulfilled life doing what they love!

Starting up my business I made a lot of mistakes because I didn't have any guidance or help, so I leaped into Business Coaching so I could help other female entrepreneurs cut out the confusion in building their own businesses.
